　　今年，在摆陀上做文章的品牌不在少数。或许是流行超薄舒适风的缘故，伯爵、罗杰杜比、帕玛强尼以及RICHARD MILLE都推出了珍珠陀机芯的款式，爱彼还有一款专利的环形摆陀的作品问世。不过，像RM030这样纯粹在摆陀的性能上做文章的表款可以说是绝无仅有。

　　众所周知，摆陀，又名自动陀，是通过手腕的运动为发条提供动力的。一旦能量达到饱和，而手腕仍旧在运动状态，就可能导致过度上弦。在传统上，是通过一个凸起的弹簧装置来避免这种情况发生的。但是弹簧不断弹开，也会对发条盒造成一定程度的伤害累积，尤其是当佩戴者进行激烈运动的时候——这恰恰是RM手表的特性。

　　有鉴于此，Richard Mille 耗时四年开发并设计了一套可自动脱离的摆陀系统：当动力储存达到 50 小时，摆陀就会借助一种特殊的机械结构实现自动脱开，不再为发条盒上弦；当动力储存下降至 40 小时，摆陀又会自动抓合，重新开始工作，直至动力储存达到50 小时为止。
